The media (and I can’t only say liberal media, because Fox News is much more anti-Trump than MSNBC) believes that because Donald Trump has refused to condemn violence - or, took too long, or hasn’t been clear enough, or something - he is responsible for what has gone on at the rallies.
It boggles the mind how the pundits can be so ridiculous.
The first question to ask is: Who causes the violence at the rallies? Do Trumpsters go to the rallies looking to beat up black people, as John Oliver would have you believe? Do those uneducated, racist southerners just want to take their anger out on Mexicans? Are the protesters the victims? Should we sympathize with the cherubic, innocent disruptors who go to these rallies dressed up as KKK members or in Nazi uniforms and then are harassed by scary, terrible, mean African American Trump supporters? What are the facts?
Firstly, Trump asks his supporters not to harm the protestors at every single rally. Anyone who has seen a rally knows this fact (and, by the way, the rallies are often shown primetime on major news networks). People who go to these rallies report back that every few minutes a voice on the loudspeaker asks the Trumpkins not to harm anyone who disrupts the event. Donald, too, routinely asks his supporters not to harm the protesters as they leave his events. While it is true that Trump has said that violence is OK in some cases, notably for self-defense (something that I think most of us would agree with), saying that Trump condones or refuses to condemn the violence is inaccurate.
Secondly, the primary victims of the violence are Trump supporters! The media loves to play over and over again the clip of a white Trump supporter punching a protester on his way out of a rally… They play it so often, as if it happened more than once! The biased media completely ignores the hours upon hours of footage outside and inside Trump events of the fascist left intimidating Trump supporters, jumping on cars, disturbing the peace, throwing rocks at police, punching, kicking, screaming, burning, blocking traffic, and holding very questionable signs. Nothing has been made of the Soviet flags waved in front of CNN television cameras by the Bernie people! A symbol of torture and oppression waved in earnest by these disruptors has been deemed not worthy of news coverage, yet the media continues to stick to the specter of an aggressive Trump following. In San Francisco, #NeverTrump bloodied peaceful Trump supporters and forced Donald Trump to get into his own event through a tiny back alley. Multiple Trump supporters were bloodied to the point that they were admitted to a hospital.
Anti-Trump people, after some convincing, concede many of the points I’ve brought up. So then they say, “But how could you have a president whose rhetoric incites this sort of behavior?” Let me be clear: the anti-Trump protests have been incited not by Donald Trump’s language, but by the language of the left - the race baiting, dishonest, fear mongering left that has been smearing Republicans as rich, insensitive, racist homophobes for decades. John Oliver, Stephen Colbert, and the like have been telling their cultish listeners about the evils of Donald Trump throughout the duration of the campaign. Their smearing reeks of sarcastic idiocy and lacks of any logical or fact based analysis. They take his words out of context, make fun of his appearance, and make fun of his name, while pretending that they are the highbrow intellectuals, all in order to paint a narrative that his presidency would spell the return of Jim Crow and other oppressive doctrines. Donald Trump is probably the least racist candidate for President. While the Clintons blissfully belonged to a WASPs only country club, Donald Trump demanded that his clubs in Florida be open to African Americans and Jews, even when all of the surrounding country clubs did not allow them. They say Trump is endorsed by the KKK. They forget to mention that Hillary is too. And, by the way, she endorsed Klansman Robert Byrd during his Senate campaign. Oh, and Donald’s also won the Hispanic and Black votes by a wide margin thus far in the Republican Primaries. The regressive leftist commentators are the ones responsible for creating the animosity towards Trump in the politically correct sphere.

In 2014 and 2015, protesters burned down their own communities because police officers were not charged with certain crimes by a number of grand juries. While it’s been said that a competent lawyer could get a grand jury to “indict a ham sandwich,” there was deemed not sufficient evidence to charge the police officers involved with the Freddy Gray, Michael Brown, and Eric Garner incidents. In other words, there was not even enough proof to go to trial - much less convict - the police officers. Police brutality and overuse of force is perhaps a legitimate issue in our society, but these protesters in Ferguson shouted that they would, when referring to their community, “burn this bitch to the ground.” They caused widespread terror on a totally unbased, illegitimate premise. They must be denounced for their wild stupidity. After these riots, the white-guilt PC people quickly shamed the entire white race for its institutional racism because, according to the leftists, only a racist would vote not to charge these officers. The rioting at Donald Trump rallies is simply a part of the reverse racism movement. Its flames, literally in some cases, are stoked by race baiters like Al Sharpton and the regressive liberal media.
Our college campuses are ruled by these people, too. Alleged white male rapists are tried in Kangaroo courts and expelled, as our headmaster Mr. Philip talked about in one of his letters last year. Halloween costumes at Yale are censored. Writing “Trump 2k16” with chalk is now akin to rape. PC has taken a dark turn.
Free speech is no longer a liberal value. Neither is freedom. Neither is patriotism. Neither is common sense.
